Contract: Temporary ongoing
Hours: 9am-5pm
Location: Immingham
Pay rate: 12.21 p/h
Grafton Recruitment are looking for an experienced Administrator, to provide efficient and effective administrative support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations within the team. The Administrator will handle a variety of tasks including data entry, document management, scheduling, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
- Assist with the organisation of events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Liaise with other departments and external contacts as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
You will need:
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
