Job Summary - Senior Project Controls Manager

Our client is looking for a Senior Project Controls Manager who provides senior leadership and strategic oversight of Project Controls, with a strong focus on risk management, integration, and performance assurance across the full project lifecycle. The role ensures robust alignment between risk, cost, schedule, and performance controls to support informed decision-making and successful project delivery.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and continuously improve Project Controls and Risk Management frameworks, ensuring compliance with standards and best practice.

  • Own and maintain WBS, CBS, and RBS structures aligned to project strategy and reporting.

  • Lead risk identification, assessment, and mitigation activities, including qualitative and quantitative cost and schedule risk analysis.

  • Ensure effective integration of planning, cost, estimating, and risk systems, including Primavera P6.

  • Oversee change control, trend analysis, and baseline integrity, identifying emerging risks and corrective actions.

  • Produce clear, high-quality risk and performance reporting for senior and executive stakeholders.

  • Act as a key interface with internal and external stakeholders across the project lifecycle.

  • Mentor and provide technical leadership to Project Controls and Risk team members.
