This cosy café is looking for a friendly, welcoming front of house supervisor to co-ordinate the entire front of house team and ensure that customers receives a warm welcome and that service runs smoothly.

What you'll do:
- Ensure the customer receives the warmest possible welcome
- Oversee day-to-day operation
- Set clear team goals
- Monitor team performance and report training needs
- Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Assist with team building activities
What we're looking for:
- Experience as a team leader or supervisor is desirable
- Good technical skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Decision-making skills
- Able to anticipate needs

- Rate of pay £13.21 per hour plus tips (average £25 - £30 per day).
