About the role

  • Supporting in the service delivery to clients - this may include managing key client projects directly, and/or supporting delivery to clients
  • Providing a complete and professional support service to the Consultants, including preparation of draft communications, advice and papers produced within guidelines.
  • Contributing to the development of the scheme secretarial and independent trustee capability.
  • Helping the team deliver an effective trusteeship and consulting service
  • Liaising with trustees and advisers to take actions forward

About you

  • Excellent organisation skills and ability to learn and use initiative
  • Experience - a pensions background is desirable. PMI qualifications useful but not necessary
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) to a high standard. Minimum intermediate Excel skills required
  • Confident communication skills, adapting the type, content, tone and style of the communication to suit the purpose.
