Operations Manager - West Scotland

£40K - £50K Salary, 20% bonus, pension contribution, hybrid working and structured development opportunities

Our client is an infrastructure investor looking for an Operations Manager to support with the performance management of a high profile asset ensuring contractual obligations are met and discharged.

Key responsibilities:

  • Monitor the performance of the project, producing reports, highlighting risk and mitigating issues.
  • Develop effective working relationships with all key stakeholders.
  • Monitor the delivery of the FM service, in accordance to the contractual arrangements, ensuring all sub contractors execute their duties in line with the project frameworks.
  • Report on FM and contractual performance, attending board level meetings and producing reports to track KPIs, identifying risks and mitigating actions.
  • Support with the lifecycle management programme.
  • Monitor all planned and reactive works ensuring adherence to statutory guidance and wider project objectives

Experience:

  • Significant Hard FM experience
  • Experience of PFI would be desirable
  • A technical background (M&E) would be advantageous

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and orally.
  • Experience of chairing meetings with a variety of stakeholders
  • Ability to manage complex projects
  • Proven experience of producing and delivering management reports at a board level
