Operations Manager - West Scotland
£40K - £50K Salary, 20% bonus, pension contribution, hybrid working and structured development opportunities
Our client is an infrastructure investor looking for an Operations Manager to support with the performance management of a high profile asset ensuring contractual obligations are met and discharged.

Key responsibilities:
- Monitor the performance of the project, producing reports, highlighting risk and mitigating issues.
- Develop effective working relationships with all key stakeholders.
- Monitor the delivery of the FM service, in accordance to the contractual arrangements, ensuring all sub contractors execute their duties in line with the project frameworks.
- Report on FM and contractual performance, attending board level meetings and producing reports to track KPIs, identifying risks and mitigating actions.
- Support with the lifecycle management programme.
- Monitor all planned and reactive works ensuring adherence to statutory guidance and wider project objectives
Experience:
- Significant Hard FM experience
- Experience of PFI would be desirable
- A technical background (M&E) would be advantageous
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and orally.
- Experience of chairing meetings with a variety of stakeholders
- Ability to manage complex projects
- Proven experience of producing and delivering management reports at a board level
