Project Manager – Interim (Cosmetics Manufacturing Site)

Nine Twenty Highland are delighted to be supporting a leading cosmetics manufacturer as they continue to establish their brand-new manufacturing and warehouse facility in Invergordon.
We’re seeking a practical, hands-on Project Manager to take ownership of a short-term but critical phase - ensuring the smooth setup and readiness of the site ahead of full-scale production.
This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage contractors effectively, and enjoys being on-site driving progress every day.
Key Priorities
- Lead the clearance of the new manufacturing site and external yard areas.
- Manage contractors and waste-disposal suppliers to ensure safe and timely removal of all unwanted materials and equipment.
- Install planned storage and layout for a new warehouse space, ensuring segregation, efficiency, and compliance.
- Work closely with the Head of Operations and Facilities Manager to meet agreed milestones and project deadlines.
About You
- Must be based on-site in Invergordon and confident working in a hands-on project environment.
- Experience in managing or setting up warehouse or storage facilities or similar is ideal.
- Strong organisational and contractor management skills, with a focus on safe and efficient project delivery.
- Able to hit the ground running — proactive, solutions-focused, and unafraid to roll up your sleeves.

- Engagement: Contract, Fixed-Term, or Permanent (flexible depending on experience)
- Project plan with defined dates and milestones available for shortlisted applicants.
- On-site presence required at the Invergordon facility.
- Interviews taking place next week in the Highlands.
