Team Leader - Charity/Social Care

- Fully remote / home based role 

- Full time permanent position paying up to £31,500 plus 28 days holiday

- National charity with contracts across the Scotland region

A growing UK charity is looking for a Team Leader in its Scotland region to manage a team of front line support staff. This role is fully remote with 'occasional' travel to regions such as Glasgow, Edinburgh, Inverclyde, Moray and Fife to meet team members. It is anticipated you may have to travel once every six weeks and travel costs/mileage will be paid. 

Duties will include:

- Leadership of approximately 10 advocates providing services across health and social care

- Ensuring the team are delivering against the contracts in place

- Monitoring of KPI's and looking at ways of improving services being delivered

- Ensuring resources are allocated effectively

- Support both internal and external stakeholders

- Support with team recruitment

To be considered suitable for this Team Lead role you will need to have the following skills/experience 

- People management/leadership experience

- Ability to travel as and when needed in Scotland

- Ideally some background in either advocacy, social care, healthcare, mental health etc.
