Job Title: Kitchen Assistant
Location: Inverness
Hours: Full-Time (5 days out of 7, 10:00am 6:00pm)

About the Role:As a Kitchen Assistant, youll play a vital role in supporting the kitchen team with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring hygiene standards are upheld. This is a full-time role, working 5 days out of 7, including weekends on a rota basis.
Key Responsibilities:Assist with basic food preparation
Keep the kitchen clean, tidy, and organised
Wash dishes and kitchen equipment
Support chefs with daily kitchen tasks
Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health & safety regulations
Previous kitchen experience is beneficial but not essential full training will be provided
A team player with a can-do attitude
Good time management and reliability
Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
Full-time, permanent position
Consistent working hours (10:00am 6:00pm)
