With a strong pipeline of work and exciting new developments on the horizon, our client is looking for a motivated Contracts Engineer to support the successful delivery of key projects. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone starting their career in civil construction.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing, reviewing, and managing project contracts
Support the site and design teams with technical input and documentation
Help track project progress and ensure milestones are met
Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and consultants
Learn how to monitor budgets, variations, and cost control
Contribute to maintaining safety, environmental, and quality standards

What We're Looking For:
A degree (or near completion) in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (preferred but not essential)
Some experience or placement work in civil construction
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Eagerness to learn and develop a career in contract and project management
A proactive, team-focused attitude
