We are working with a well-established and highly regarded construction business with a strong regional presence to assist them in hiring a Contracts Manager for their growing team based in Inverness.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to take ownership of multiple projects, play a key role in operational delivery, and contribute to the continued success of a respected contractor operating across the Highlands.
As the Contracts Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Managing multiple construction projects from pre-start through to completion
* Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, to budget and to the required quality standards
* Leading and supporting site teams, including Site Managers and Engineers
* Liaising with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
* Monitoring project progress, costs, and programme performance
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety, environmental and contractual requirements
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:
* Proven experience in a Contracts Manager (or similar senior project management) role
* A strong background in construction, civil engineering or related disciplines
* Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills
* The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* A proactive, problem-solving approach with strong commercial awareness
