As a Contracts Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering multiple civil infrastructure projects safely, on time, and within budget. You'll work closely with site teams, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring high standards of health & safety, quality, and cost control are maintained across all sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations on multiple civil projects
Review project designs and specifications
Attend and lead site meetings and progress reviews
Act as the main point of contact for clients
Assess and implement design changes and variations
Conduct site audits and ensure action is taken on findings
Oversee allocation of labour, plant, and materials
Coordinate with other Contracts Managers to optimise resources
Deliver toolbox talks and promote a strong safety culture
Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry regulations
What You'll Need:
Valid CSCS Card SMSTS certified, and valid First aid at work
NRSWA Supervisor qualification
At least 5 years' supervisory experience in civil engineering works
Strong communication and team leadership skills
A problem-solving mindset and a track record of delivering results
Full UK Driving Licence
