What you'll do:
Handle and respond to written parking appeals.
Provide advice by phone when needed.
Manage your own caseload and meet KPIs.
Deliver accurate, professional responses every time.
What we're looking for:
Customer service or admin experience (retail/hospitality also welcome).
Strong written & verbal communication.
Great attention to detail and IT skills.
