Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage the audit schedule, ensuring timely completion of quality assurance activities.
  • Prepare and submit monthly compliance reports to senior management.
  • Conduct audits of projects and processes, supporting the workforce and communicating audit outcomes effectively.
  • Ensure the prompt closure of non-conformities raised during site inspections, internal audits, and third-party assessments.
  • Maintain accreditation standards and ensure ongoing compliance with relevant certifications.
  • Facilitate Contract Close Out Meetings, chairing and participating as required.
  • Set up and manage projects within Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) such as Viewpoint and Field View.
  • Coordinate the setup and management of work packages and transmittals for subcontractors.
  • Distribute documents via Viewpoint transmittals to relevant personnel including site teams, clients, designers, and subcontractors.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on all drawings from preconstruction through to instructions, ensuring accuracy and proper workflow progression.
  • Maintain comprehensive drawings registers for all projects, ensuring easy access and traceability.
  • Visit sites approximately 30% of the time to oversee document control and quality assurance activities on-site.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience within the construction industry is preferred, providing a solid understanding of construction processes and documentation.
  • Proficiency in using EDMS systems such as Viewpoint and Field View for document management.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising with diverse teams including site personnel, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Attention to detail in document checking, audit procedures, and report preparation.
  • Ability to conduct audits and support quality assurance activities confidently.
  • Driving licence is preferred, as the role involves site visits and off-site meetings.
  • Immediate availability or short notice period to join the team quickly.
