Electrical Maintenance Technician

40-44K plus excellent pension plus possible relocation package
Mon-Fri 8am-4pm with occassional backshift 2pm-10pm
Are you a Electrical Maintenance Technician or Engineer looking for the opportunity for both technical progression and promotion opportunities in the beautiful area of Northern Scotland.
The company have a fantastic training program to assist their technical staff and the site has been invested in heavily over the past few years and continues to expand.
Please note that ex armed forces/REME applicants are encouraged to apply and that relocation to the area is available on a case by case basis.
The position is to work in a manufacturing maintenance environment, working on a dayshift/backshift shift pattern (8am - 4pm and 2pm to 10pm Monday to Friday)
The Role
- Full time permanent site based role working dayshift and backshift Mon-Fri -no nights or weekend work. Working in an industrial maintenance environment
- Responsible for the safe and efficient utilisation of all electrical equipment throughout the factory
- Preventative and reactive maintenance
To apply you should have:
- An Electrical Engineering qualification (City and Guilds, HND etc.)
- Working knowledge of PLC faultfinding
- UK driving licence
