Venari Finance is delighted to partner exclusively with our key client in the Inverness region to recruit a Finance Manager.
The role will report directly to the Financial Controller and will lead a team of 4.
Role Overview:
- Lead the month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and prepayments.
- Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are completed and reviewed.
- Produce management accounts with detailed variance analysis and commentary.
- Act as a finance liaison to operational, commercial, and other non-finance departments.
- Attend key business meetings and provide financial insight and challenge where necessary.
- Translate financial data into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Candidate Background
- Qualified/soon to be qualified with study support offered by our client
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
