INTERNAL SALES - HYGIENE & CLEANING - Inverness
We are looking for a proactive Internal Sales Executive to join our client's Team. The role involves managing customer accounts, processing orders, and promoting their product range. A background in hospitality or facilities management is preferred to understand client needs and deliver excellent service.
Key responsibilities:-
- Handle inbound enquiries and manage customer accounts.
- Process orders accurately and provide product advice.
- Proactively promote hygiene and cleaning solutions to new and existing clients.
- Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
- Work closely with the wider sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:-
- Previous internal sales or customer service experience.
- Knowledge of hygiene and cleaning products; hospitality background preferred.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
This is a permanent post, based in Inverness City Centre. Hours will be full time Monday to Friday.
