An experienced HR Officer position is available for a large Public Sector organisation in Inverness for a duration of 12 months.
The role involves managing case work related to attendance, discipline, and grievances, as well as supporting the recruitment process.
Candidates should possess generalist HR experience and be knowledgeable about key HR policies, processes, and legislation.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and experience with HR systems are essential requirements for this role.
A chartered membership of CIPD or progress towards it is preferred, but the salary for this position has not been disclosed.
