Are you a Mechanical Fitter looking for the opportunity for both technical progression and promotion opportunities in the beautiful area of Northern Scotland.
The company have received substantial investment over the past 5-10 years to grow the business and invest in new machinery, staff and production lines, and have a fantastic training program to assist their engineers. The client is dedicated to promoting internally, so there are fantastic career opportunities. They have low staff turnover and a very stable workforce.
Therefore training and progression are available.
The Role
- Full time permanent role with a large manufacturing company. Mainly Mon-Fri days but occasional requirement on back shift.
- Repair and maintenance of all mechanical machinery throughout the plant.
- Ensuring the reliability of equipment
The Person:
- City and Guilds or HNC/D or time served mechanical engineering background
- Experience of manufacturing maintenance
- Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
