A Site Manager is required for multiple projects in the Inverness area, including a modular build and a residential project.
The role involves overseeing all aspects of construction such as roads, kerbing, drainage, and foundations.
Candidates must possess SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications, and should ideally be able to commute to the project sites.
The position offers a salary between £45K and £55K, or a rate of around £300 per day for freelance candidates.
Both permanent and freelance options are available, with a start date as soon as possible and a continuous pipeline of work in the area.

Site Manager required for a couple of projects in the Inverness area.

Initial project is a modular build project, dealing with all the roads, kerbing, drainage etc. You will also be tasked with a residential project dealing with all the foundations, roads, slabbing, kerbing and drainage.

Candidates must have SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid, and ideally be able to commute to the projects.

Permanent and freelance candidates will be considered, with salary ranging between 45K-55K, and rate around the 300/Day mark. Temp to Perm is also an option as there is a continuous pipeline of work in the area.Start date asap.
