Site Manager - Inverness

ITS Recruitment Agency are looking for construction Site Manager for the start in Inverness. You will be working for a national builder from start to finish on a commercial build, making sure there's always a high end finish throughout. You must have experience in commercial builds to give that quality finish and making sure drawings are adheared to.

The role of a Site Manager:

Taking control of ordering materials
Making sure the contractors on site for Carpentry, Painting and Decorating, Tilling, Plastering etc are working to the drawings and at the high spec as required
The CM / PM will over see this with you due to the size of each plot
Monday to Friday and Saturdays

Requirements for the Site Manager:

SMSTS and 1st Aid cards are essential
Transport is essential
Other tickets will be beneficial.
