We are recruiting for an experienced and driven General Manager for a boutique hotel, bar and restaurant operation in Inverness.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced food and beverage manager with a working knowledge of hotel operations. You will be responsible for all aspects of the day-today business, including recruitment, administration, room management and promotions.
Our primary focus is developing the food and drink offering to appeal to both locals and visitors to the city, and improving and building upon what we currently have.
The right candidate must be authorised to work in the UK.
