***General Admin Assistant Wanted ASAP***
Blue Arrow are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to join their client in Inverness.
Job Description
* Provide administration support within a busy office
* Responsible for answering phone calls and emails
* Manage a booking system and record keeping.
Qualifications
* A minimum of 2 National 5 qualifications, including English and Maths or equivalent qualifications, or relevant previous job experience in an administrative role.
* Must be competent in the use of MS Office packages including Excel, Word and Outlook.
* Experienced in understanding and following policies and procedures.
* Enhanced disclosure would also be beneficial but not essential
Working Pattern - Monday to Friday 8am-4pm
