Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Conduct detailed feasibility studies
Carry out site visits and measurements
Prepare innovative and accurate preliminary designs
Liaise effectively with clients and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery
Produce and submit planning applications
Create building regulation and construction drawings
Compile pre-construction information packs
Oversee projects from inception to completion through effective project management
Qualities & Skills Required
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need:
High proficiency in AutoCAD
2-3 years' experience in a similar architectural or technical role
Strong technical knowledge and proven construction detailing skills
In-depth understanding of UK building regulations
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels
Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive approach
Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
A clean, valid UK driving licence
