Are you passionate about helping clients achieve their financial dreams? We’re looking for a dedicated Financial Planning Administrator to support our client’s mission of guiding clients towards the lives they want now and through retirement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare essential documents for client meetings
- Ensure every client interaction is positive and client-first
- Manage client information and transactions efficiently
- Keep client records accurate and up to date
- Support compliance and operations with precise data management
What We Need:
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar wealth management environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent IO and Excel skills
- Strong under pressure and a great team player
- Excellent communicator with broad financial services knowledge
