Are you a Metal Fabricator looking to come off the tools and progress into a leadership position, where you will be in charge of a workshop of dedicated fabricators in a role that can offer autonomy to manage the team in your vision?

In the last decade, the company has seen rapid growth in multiple markets, covering Marine, Renewables, O&G and FMCG. They specialise in welding/fabrication and design for projects in these sectors, and with a recent influx of new contracts, are becoming regarded as one of the most exciting new companies in their field.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the welding and fabrication teams across the workshops, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard. You will be liaising with team leads and quality teams across the workshop, meaning good communication skills are important. There are excellent opportunities in this position at a rate of 1.5X when desired.

This position would suit a Metal Fabricator looking to step up into a leadership position and lead a team of close-knit fabricators in your vision, at a company where you can receive excellent overtime opportunities and private healthcare.

The Role:

  • Leading the welding and fabrication teams across the workshops
  • Maintaining high standards throughout
  • Liaising with team leads and quality teams
  • 39 hours per week, starting at 6am
  • Overtime available at 1.5X
