Senior Construction Operations Manager | Aberdeenshire | Full Time | Salary dependent on experience

In this role you will lead and coordinate a team of Contracts Managers and Project Managers in concurrently delivering numerous projects throughout the UK. Ideally, you will be a high-calibre individual who has extensive experience managing teams, whilst meeting the demands of production, profitability, safety and quality.

Personal Requirements
- Comprehensive understanding of Design & Build process
- Proven track record working on main contractor and civils projects
- Extensive experience in a similar role
- Excellent team management, organisation and planning skills
- Committed to ensuring excellent health and safety and quality standards
- Excellent IT skills
- Clean Driving Licence
- Must be willing to Travel throughout the UK.
Certification
- SMSTS Certification
- SVQ Construction Management or similar
- CSCS (Supervisor or Manager level)
- First Aid Certification advantageous
What will your role look like?
- Efficiently leading multiple project teams simultaneously, varying in size, value and complexity
- Ensuring projects are executed to a high standard whilst monitoring budgets and programmes
- Supporting & developing members of the contracts/project teams
- Develop project specific programmes during both the bid and operational phases
- Review drawings, specifications and bills to understand the project and establish a robust programme
- Develop Information Required and Procurement Schedules from the Project Programmes
- Leading high level bids in conjunction with the estimating team, analysing contracts, liaising with design teams and consultants
- Ensuring safety and quality is at the forefront on all sites
- Compliance with CDM Regs
