Are you a Project Engineer or similar from a Welding/Fabrication background, looking for a role where you can implement your extensive industry knowledge to create a lasting impact in a forward thinking company, working on a range technically challenging projects?

In the last decade, the company has seen rapid growth in multiple markets, covering Marine, Renewables, O&G and FMCG. They specialise in welding/fabrication and design for projects in these sectors, and with a recent influx of new contracts, are becoming regarded as one of the most exciting new companies in their field.

In this role, you will be managing project production from quotation phase through to completion, starting with understanding the fabrication schematics to overseeing the completed product. You will have a key focus on scheduling, ensuring projects are within budget and progressing at the correct timescales internally. This is a Monday-Friday role from 08:00 - 16:00 with overtime paid at 1.5X when required.

This role would suit a Project Engineer or similar from a Welding/Fabrication background, in a role that offers autonomy and responsibility, looking after projects from cradle to grave and leading the team forward.

The Role:

  • Managing projects from quotation to completion
  • Reading complex fabrication drawings
  • Maintaining schedules, ensuring projects are on budget and timescale
  • Working closely with Project Manager on fabrication projects in the O&G/Marine/Renewables/FMCG industry
  • Overtime paid at 1.5X
