Tennial Personnel are seeking a full time permanent detail-oriented and proactive Finance Officer to join our clients company. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting the overall financial health of the organisation. This position requires a strong understanding of financial services and proficiency in Sage 50 accounting software. Working a shift of Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm Duties• Oversee accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments to suppliers and vendors.• Maintain and reconcile financial records using accounting software Sage 50• Conduct data entry tasks with precision to ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately.• Postponed VAT: Check the monthly HMRC postponed VAT statements against the system• Sales/Purchase Ledger: Process sales and purchase ledger invoices and credit notes on Sage in GBP EUR and USD• Payroll: Process timesheets, and complete payroll process for up to 20 members off staff. Issuing contracts and processing leavers through the external HR system.
