Role Responsibilities- Leading the delivery of high-level personal tax advice, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction
- Managing and expanding a portfolio of complex client cases involving CGT, IHT, trusts, and residency issues
- Overseeing compliance processes and ensuring timely and accurate submissions
- Providing strategic input on the development and expansion of the private client offering
- Supporting, mentoring, and developing a high-performing tax team
- Collaborating with fellow directors and partners across service lines to ensure seamless client support
- Driving new business opportunities through existing relationships and external networking

Candidate Requirements- CTA and/or ACA qualified (or equivalent professional qualification)
- Extensive experience in personal tax compliance and advisory, ideally at Senior Manager or Director level
- Strong understanding of the tax needs of high-net-worth clients and complex private client structures
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage change, and support others’ development
- Commercial insight and a track record of contributing to business development
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, growth-focused mindset
- £100,000 to £140,000 per annum
