Role Responsibilities- Manage your own portfolio of personal tax and/or trust clients with autonomy and care
- Deliver high-quality tax compliance and planning advice to individuals, estates, and trustees
- Support the development of the wider team through mentoring and coaching
- Contribute to team growth and client retention by exceeding expectations and identifying planning opportunities
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular, proactive communication
- Work alongside other specialists to deliver a seamless client experience

Candidate RequirementsEssential:
- ATT or CTA qualified
- Significant post-qualified experience in a UK accountancy practice
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio independently
- Comfortable mentoring and guiding junior colleagues
- Confident working to tight deadlines and shifting priorities
Desirable:
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to advising clients
- Interest in trusts, probate, or high-net-worth tax planning
- £42,000 to £52,000 per annum
