• Manage your own portfolio of personal tax and/or trust clients with autonomy and care
• Deliver high-quality tax compliance and planning advice to individuals, estates, and trustees
• Support the development of the wider team through mentoring and coaching
• Contribute to team growth and client retention by exceeding expectations and identifying planning opportunities
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular, proactive communication
• Work alongside other specialists to deliver a seamless client experience

Essential:

• ATT or CTA qualified
• Significant post-qualified experience in a UK accountancy practice
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio independently
• Comfortable mentoring and guiding junior colleagues
• Confident working to tight deadlines and shifting priorities

Desirable:

• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to advising clients
• Interest in trusts, probate, or high-net-worth tax planning

• £42,000 to £52,000 per annum
