Tennial Personnel are actively seeking a skilled Administrator to join our client's growing team at their Suffolk based office. This is a full time, permanent opportunity offering a stable and supportive working environment within a family run business. An immediate start is available for the right candidate. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm, with a one hour unpaid lunch break. The position is fully office based with onsite parking available. The successful candidate will provide vital administrative support to help maintain the efficient day-to-day running of the business. Key responsibilities include report generation, invoicing, data input, letter writing, spreadsheet creation, and both telephone and email communications. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-orientated, organised and comfortable working in a busy office setting.Skills:Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports accurately and on time Manage invoicing processes and send relevant data to customers Write and format business letters and documents Communicate professionally via email and telephone with clients and colleagues Input financial and business data into Sage account software Demonstrate high level of accuracy and attention to detail Show excellent verbal and written communication skillsQualifications:No formal qualifications required Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is beneficial Experience using Sage Accounts is advantageous but not essentialStrong telephone manner and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines A self-motivated, proactive approach to office administrationKeywords:Administration Sage
