Job Title: Office / Fleet Manager
Location: Ipswich
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Benefits: Private healthcare after successful probation 

A well-established and growing company is seeking an experienced and highly organised Office / Fleet Manager to oversee the smooth running of its busy office operations and company vehicle fleet.

The successful candidate will bring previous experience in both office management and fleet coordination, ensuring efficiency across day-to-day business functions. This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive individual who can lead by example while managing and supporting two admin assistants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of office operations to ensure smooth workflow and communication

  • Overseeing and maintaining fleet compliance, servicing, insurance, and scheduling

  • Supporting senior management with administrative tasks and reporting

  • Managing and mentoring two administrative assistants

  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations

  • Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and service providers

  • General office administration including document control, procurement, and coordination of services

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in office management and fleet management

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities

  • Competent in Microsoft Office and general office systems

  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
