The Role of Clinical Lead:
- Lead and inspire the nursing team, ensuring the highest standards of individualised care.
- Deputise for the management team and work collaboratively with GPs and other healthcare professionals.
- Support, mentor, and motivate your team members to deliver outstanding care.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of care planning and clinical compliance, ensuring best practice at all times.

Skills & Experience Required for the Clinical Lead:
- NMC Registered Nurse
- Sound knowledge of clinical assessment tools (e.g. Waterlow, MUST)
- Experience writing and reviewing comprehensive care plans
- Previous clinical leadership experience with the ability to manage and support others
