Clinical Lead Nurse

Ipswich / £24.00 per hour / Days / Full Time 

Mix of Supernumerary and shifts on the floor

The Role of Clinical Lead: 

  • Lead and inspire the nursing team, ensuring the highest standards of individualised care.
  • Deputise for the management team and work collaboratively with GPs and other healthcare professionals.
  • Support, mentor, and motivate your team members to deliver outstanding care.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of care planning and clinical compliance, ensuring best practice at all times.

Skills & Experience Required for the Clinical Lead: 

  • NMC Registered Nurse
  • Sound knowledge of clinical assessment tools (e.g. Waterlow, MUST)
  • Experience writing and reviewing comprehensive care plans
  • Previous clinical leadership experience with the ability to manage and support others
