Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting impactful projects? We're recruiting on behalf of a local authority for a Project Lead Officer to support the Partnerships for Inclusion of Neurodiversity in Schools (PINS) programme - a national initiative helping schools better support neurodivergent pupils.


About the Role:
You'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of this important programme, working alongside education and health professionals to improve whole-school SEND provision. The role involves:

  • Coordinating project activities and maintaining accurate data records
  • Liaising with schools for updates and training bookings
  • Organising meetings, taking minutes, and tracking actions
  • Using MS Teams, Word, and Excel to manage communications and documentation

What We're Looking For:
We're seeking someone who is:

  • Super organised and confident working with data
  • A strong communicator who can liaise professionally with schools and partners
  • Experienced in compiling reports and coordinating multiple actions
  • Comfortable supporting the delivery phase of a multidisciplinary project

Experience in SEND or neurodiversity-related projects is a bonus, but not essential. What matters most is your ability to keep things running smoothly and support the team with precision and professionalism.
