Role Overview:

My client is looking for a Creative Lead to guide a talented team of designers, copywriters, and digital content creators, driving the creative direction, ensuring consistency in brand messaging, and delivering high-quality, innovative designs. Your role will be both hands-on and strategic, balancing creative leadership with project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of designers, content creators, and freelancers to deliver exceptional creative work across multiple channels (social, web, print, video).
  • Work closely with other teams to understand client briefs, ensuring creative solutions meet client objectives, budgets, and deadlines.
  • Direct and participate in the creation of brand identities, web design, social media assets, and digital campaigns.
  • Review and approve all creative outputs, ensuring they meet brand guidelines, are innovative, and resonate with target audiences.
  • Present creative concepts and campaign strategies to clients, confidently explaining the rationale behind design decisions.
  • Stay on top of design and digital trends, integrating best practices into the agency's creative approach.
  • Manage workload distribution within the team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
  • Support business development efforts by contributing to client pitches and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years' experience in a creative role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand identity, digital design, and campaign development across multiple platforms.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire creativity in others.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and other relevant design tools.
  • Experience in web design and an understanding of user experience (UX) and responsive design principles.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and concepts clearly and confidently.
  • A deep understanding of brand development and how creative work translates into business results.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.
