Flexible People Ltd are currently recruiting 7.5t and Class 2home delivery drivers for a well known client of ours, based in Ipswich..

This role involves working with a Drivers Mate to deliver large goods to residential properties. The type of goods you will be delivering -flat pack furniture, gym equipment, white goods, sofas, beds etc.
Due to the weight of the products you are delivering you MUST be physically fit.
The company offer the customer a 'room of choice' delivery, you will be fully trained on how to do this.
Upon successful application, all new drivers are subject to a driving assessment and multiple choice highway code/tacho exam. This will then be followed the next day with a subsequent induction day.
The role is working 5 out of 7 days (Monday - Sunday), Weekend work included.
Shift timings are 06.00 start, shifts last roughly 8-11 hours.
Pay rate - 15.12 per hour. There is an overtime rate of 18.19 P/Hour (applicable after 48 hours in the working week).
After 12 weeks, you can be offered a contract directly with the company which will give you more flexibility on working days.Once you become a full time member of staff, you will be entitled to an award-winning range of benefits including-

Our client will happily accept newly qualified drivers.
You must have a valid UK License, CPC and Digitacho, no more than 6 points on your driving license. No DD, DR or NI convictions.

- Have your own steel toe cap safety boots and a high vis vest
