My client is looking for a Sous Chef with a solid AA rosette background to join their team at a luxurious historic manor house hotel in the Suffolk countryside.
They are looking for a passionate foodie who will be able to work alongside their current head chef and his team to help deliver a higher level of menus.
- £40,000 pa + approximately £2,000 pa tronc
- 48 hrs per week
- Live in accommodation is available either temporary or permanent
