We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join a fast-growing European logistics group that’s reshaping the future of freight transport across Western and Central Europe, Scandinavia, the Baltics, and beyond.
About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in expanding our client base and strengthening relationships across the UK and European markets. You’ll be part of a dynamic, people-focused organisation that values innovation, responsibility, and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the freight and logistics sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their transport needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in logistics or transport.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe as needed.

- Competitive base salary of £35,000 – £55,000. (top end of salary will required a lengthy BDM and forwarding background)
