We are working on behalf of a leading manufacturer based in Ipswich who are looking for a motivated and passionate Lead Generation Executive to join their team!
This is an exciting new opportunity within the business to be a part of their growing Marketing department where you will be supporting the UK and Ireland field sales teams.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Proactively research and identify potential new clients using online tools and databases
- Making outbound calls and emails to prospects to generate interest and qualify leads
- Booking meetings and appointments for the sales team
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate information on leads and prospects
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead generation targets
Skills & Experience Required:
- Minimum of two years’ experience in sales
- Strong results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and driving business opportunity growth without compromising quality over quantity.
- Excellent telephone skills - confident, enthusiastic and resilient
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic environment, changing market conditions, customer needs and sales strategies.
