Opus People Solutions are seeking a passionate and self-motivated Administrator to join the Public Health and Communities team at Suffolk County Council. This is a key role focusing on the Local Welfare Assistance Scheme (LWAS) to support those facing financial hardship in Suffolk.


Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Support: Be the helping hand for those in need, ensuring they access the funding they deserve.
  • Review: Dive into applications using our Case Management System, GOSS, and ensure everything is in order.
  • Verify: Scrutinize supporting evidence to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate: Engage with the public and partner organisations to gather essential information.
  • Adapt: Thrive in our dynamic, ever-evolving environment.
  • Collaborate: Bring your positive attitude and teamwork skills to our close-knit group.
  • Manage Time: Keep everything on track by prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
