Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring smooth running of the office example: stationary checks, managing incoming and outgoing post etc
- Pre-Submission Process
- Main point of contact for clients, both face to face and virtually on behalf of manager
- Diary Management
- Arranging Review Meetings with Prospect & Current Clients
- Producing Annual Client Reportsfor Meetings
- Running Adviser's back-office system
- Sending Letters of Authorities for Clients to the relevant providers and collating required information on plans and policies
