Sheet Metal Supervisor Job Overview
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of a team of 5 shop-floor employees (welders, press brake operators, punch operators, etc.)
  • Interpret and work from engineering drawings to guide production and ensure accuracy
  • Provide hands-on support with welding, fabrication, and related tasks when required

  • Ensure quality control standards are met across all projects
