Customer Service Executive 
  • Location: Ipswich
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm, fully office based and no hybrid available 
  • Salary: £30,000 

We are seeking a dedicated Customer service Executive to join our clients vibrant team in Ipswich. This role is ideal for someone who excels in delivering exceptional customer service and enjoys working in a dynamic environment. You will play crucial role in a rapidly expanding, innovative company where exceptional customer service is at the core of our operations.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer interactions per day through calls and other communication forms.
  • Log breakdown calls accurately, assigning appropriate statuses and ETAs.
  • Coordinate with mobile fitters and third-party engineers to reduce onsite delays.
  • Efficiently handle personal and shared email inboxes, ensuring all communications are processed and organised.
  • Undertake various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Report any issues related to depots or suppliers to the Hire and Service Supervisor.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proficient in spoken and written English (minimum Grade C in GCSE English Language).
  • Strong organisational and negotiation abilities.
  • Confident in communicating via phone, email, and in person.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Office.
  • Capable of working under pressure, multitasking, and managing individual workload.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is mandatory.
