We are seeking a dedicated Customer service Executive to join our clients vibrant team in Ipswich. This role is ideal for someone who excels in delivering exceptional customer service and enjoys working in a dynamic environment. You will play crucial role in a rapidly expanding, innovative company where exceptional customer service is at the core of our operations.
Day-to-day Responsibilities:- Manage customer interactions per day through calls and other communication forms.
- Log breakdown calls accurately, assigning appropriate statuses and ETAs.
- Coordinate with mobile fitters and third-party engineers to reduce onsite delays.
- Efficiently handle personal and shared email inboxes, ensuring all communications are processed and organised.
- Undertake various administrative tasks as needed.
- Report any issues related to depots or suppliers to the Hire and Service Supervisor.
- Proficient in spoken and written English (minimum Grade C in GCSE English Language).
- Strong organisational and negotiation abilities.
- Confident in communicating via phone, email, and in person.
- Team-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Office.
- Capable of working under pressure, multitasking, and managing individual workload.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is mandatory.
