Customer Care Expert
  • Annual Salary: £30,000
  • Location: Ipswich
  • Job Type: Full-time, 7.30am-5pm Monday to Friday.
  • Fully based in the office- No Hybrid or remote working available.

We are looking for a proactive Customer Care Expert to enhance our client's team. This is a newly created role which demands exceptional support across 3 functions within their Customer Care Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of accuracy and delivering outstanding customer service, aligning with our business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Accurately capture details for all logged breakdown jobs.
  • Ensure complete accuracy in managing contracts, off hires, and exchanges.
  • Timely and correct processing of suspensions.
  • Conduct detailed daily checks on contracts.
  • Liaise with buyers to obtain necessary site contacts and valid PO numbers.
  • Manage job cards, invoices, and update job statuses on the system.
  • Monitor and update the status of jobs handled by third parties.
  • Issue order numbers to suppliers and provide customers with precise recharge information.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs by third parties.
  • Process all sales orders and manage timely dispatch of parts to sites.
  • Keep all documentation current and assist in administrative duties for the rehire and operator coordinator.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as needed and assist colleagues during peak times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Outstanding negotiation, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Office.
  • Superior customer service skills with a proactive and positive approach.
  • Flexible work style tailored to meet business needs, with the ability to manage personal workload and multitask during high-pressure periods.
  • Previous experience in customer service is essential.
