Customer Service Coordinator

Full time, temporary contract - maternity cover

We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to work within our Line Booking Processing team.

The successful candidate will work to ensure all import delivery bookings are handled efficiently and in a professional manner. Excellent communication skills are required, to support both internal and external Customers, answering enquiries quickly and professionally.

How you will help us and what you can expect

  • Handle and process customer import delivery bookings in a professional manner & ensure timely resolution by phone or email
  • Process data accurately in a timely manner ensuring that process and procedures are followed
  • Maintain information on internal systems
  • Provide support to all Import & Export customer service team as required
  • Meet targets as specified
  • Build relationships with teams throughout MSC
  • Responsibility for ensuring that cargo is released to the legally entitled party once all criteria has been met
