Electrical Engineer

Wiremek Ltd require a motivated electrical engineer with experience. You must be trained to City and Guilds in Electrical Installation or equivalent and have IEE 18th Edition Regulations.

Requirements:

·Strong electrical/electromechanical background

·Experienced in reading and interpreting technical drawings & wiring schematics. Work is to be carried out in accordance with technical instructions from manuals or drawings.

·Able to provide fully detailed tender packages / Tender report / analysis / recommendations.

·To develop project scope with design team / client.

·Must be able to work under pressure to deadlines and fast turn arounds.

·Have or obtain current SSSTS certificate

·Must be willing to undertake any other duties as requested by management for the smooth running of the business.

You must have the following qualities:

·A high standard of numeracy and literacy.

·Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work

·Commercial awareness

·Teamworking, relationship-building and influencing skills

·Negotiation, communication, organisational and time management. Problem solving.

·MS Office Skill: Word, Excel and Outlook

·Preferable AutoCAD General Drawing experience (but training can be given).

Working in a small, friendly family run business over 30 years old.
