We are working on behalf of a Construction Firm based on the outskirts of Hadleigh who are looking for a reliable and motivated Machine Operative to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. As a Machine Operative, you will be a key member of the team responsible for ensuring customer orders are made accurately and precisely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all products are safely and securely packed for delivery.
  • Using different machines.
  • Inspecting products for any damages or defects before packing.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times.
  • Assisting with stock replenishment and organizing inventory when required.
  • Supporting the team with additional tasks as needed to meet order targets.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, or similar role.
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Physically fit, with the ability to lift and carry products (within manual handling limits).
