About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our client's dynamic team. This is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization, ensuring compliance, and driving strategic financial planning.

As Finance Manager, you will lead the finance team, manage budgeting and forecasting processes, and provide insightful financial analysis to support key business decisions.

This position is on an ongoing contract whilst they look for a permanent member of staff, so this could be a good way to get your foot in the door.

This position offers hybrid working and can pay £45,000-£50,000.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
  • Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
  • Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders
  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior management
  • Manage and mentor junior finance staff

About You

  • Fully-qualified/Part-Qualified/
  • Proven experience in a similar finance leadership role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
