You will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic and operational decision-making, promoting a continuous improvement mindset whilst leading and developing a high-performing finance function.   • Act as a key member of the Leadership Team, contributing to overall strategic direction.
  • Inspire and develop a high-performing finance team.
  • Deliver robust forecasting, budgeting, costing and pricing insights.
  • Provide clear, actionable business intelligence and financial analysis.
  • Drive process improvement and financial discipline across departments.
  • Manage financial activities, audits, and statutory compliance.
  • Collaborate on business development and strategic planning.
You’ll Bring:
  • Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Proven experience in leading and nurturing team development, ideally within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong commercial awareness and decision-making skills, with collaborative and effective stakeholder management skills.  
  • Excellent communication, mentoring and influencing skills.
