Role Responsibilities
  • Acting as the main point of contact for your clients, delivering smart, forward-thinking tax advice and planning
  • Managing private client portfolios and overseeing complex compliance work
  • Leading client relationships, you’ll be stepping into a trusted advisor role in place of the partner
  • Providing coaching and direction to your team to help them reach their full potential
  • Spotting new opportunities to grow the business, whether that’s developing services or expanding the client base

Candidate Requirements

Essential:

  • CTA, ACA, ACCA (or equivalent qualification)
  • Solid experience in a practice environment working with private clients
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire trust in clients and colleagues
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and team development
  • Calm under pressure, with the ability to juggle changing priorities and deadlines with ease
