Role Responsibilities- Acting as the main point of contact for your clients, delivering smart, forward-thinking tax advice and planning
- Managing private client portfolios and overseeing complex compliance work
- Leading client relationships, you’ll be stepping into a trusted advisor role in place of the partner
- Providing coaching and direction to your team to help them reach their full potential
- Spotting new opportunities to grow the business, whether that’s developing services or expanding the client base
- Contributing to the wider leadership of the firm and helping us build for the future

Candidate RequirementsWe’re after someone who brings a balance of technical expertise and commercial awareness, with the leadership skills to match.
Essential:
- CTA, ACA, ACCA (or equivalent qualification)
- Solid experience in a practice environment working with private clients
- Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire trust in clients and colleagues
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and team development
- Calm under pressure, with the ability to juggle changing priorities and deadlines with ease
